The invention discloses a shaft sleeve. The shaft sleeve is composed of a shaft sleeve body, an oil groove and oil injection holes. The oil groove is formed in the inner surface of the shaft sleeve, and extends inwards to the position close to the other end of the shaft sleeve body from one end of the shaft sleeve body, the oil injection holes are evenly distributed in the same outer surface of the longitudinal extension direction of the shaft sleeve body and penetrate one side of the shaft sleeve body, gaskets and screws are arranged in the oil injection holes, the length of the screws is smaller than the thickness of the shaft sleeve body, and a wear-resisting coating is arranged on the inner surface of the shaft sleeve body.
