The method has the characteristics of adopting a multi-point formation process, being gradually expanded, being green and low-carbon, being energy-saving and environmentally-friendly, and being remarkable in benefit. Moreover, materials are saved, energy consumption is reduced and labor power is saved, so that the method is green and environmentally-friendly, and is safe and reliable. The method is used for dissipating waves, promoting siltation, consolidating sand and protecting a slope, so that irregular accumulation of sediments is improved, beach elevation is improved, a large number of land resources are obtained, and ecological balance is kept.
