The method specifically comprises the following steps that a titanium roll is uncoiled and leveled to obtain a flat titanium board; polishing and sanding treatment is conducted; the surface of the titanium board is covered with a film; the titanium board is cut to be in a needed shape according to the drawing; a mold and the cut titanium board are heated, punching molding is conducted, and the titanium punching board is obtained; the titanium punching board is cleaned, the film is removed, an anodic oxidation reaction is conducted on the surface of the titanium punching board in an electrochemical mode, and a colorful oxidation film is formed on the surface of the titanium punching board; the titanium punching board is flushed with clean water and dried; nano-scale anti-fingerprint liquid is sprayed, and a hard nano-scale coating is formed on the surface of the titanium punching board after heating is conducted; and the surface of the titanium punching board is covered with a film, and the film is removed after engineering installation. The preparation method can prepare large-area colorful titanium punching boards, colors of the obtained titanium punching boards are consistent, the obtained titanium punching boards never fade, and the production efficiency and the rate of finished products are greatly improved.
