The invention discloses an optomagnetic processing device for biological ultra-weak luminescence research. The device comprises a master control mechanism, a magnetic processing assembly, an optical processing assembly and a power supply unit. The magnetic processing assembly, the optical processing assembly and the power supply unit are connected with the master control mechanism. The magnetic processing assembly is used for carrying out steady magnetic field or alternating magnetic field processing on organisms and can change the intensity or frequency or other conditions of a magnetic field according to needs. The optical processing assembly is used for carrying out irradiation processing on the organisms and can change light quality, light intensity, strobe frequency and other conditions according to needs. When the device is used for carrying out ultra-weak luminescence research, a plant sample can be treated according to the magnetic field form/magnetic field intensity/frequency/acting time, the light quality/light intensity/acting time and other design schemes, under the condition that a plant is not damaged, the biochemical reaction condition in a plant system is known, the senescence mechanism of the plant is inquired, bases are provided for the agricultural seed breeding and cultivation technology, and therefore the optomagnetic processing device is wide in application prospect.
