The invention discloses an active electric power filter electric parameter online identification system and method. A mathematic model is established for an APF under a dq synchronous rotating coordinate system, and the online identification method thereof is analyzed. According to the invention, the non-linear control method for active electric power filter online identification is given, a Popov super-stabilization theory is utilized, an inductance self-adaptive observer is designed, the designed APF online identification self-adaptive system is relatively good in static and dynamic performance, and especially, relatively good parameters are provided for the premise calculation of a compensation current. The accuracy of the provided theory and the effectiveness of the control strategy are proved by simulations.
