摘要：
本发明涉及一种含高得率浆卫生纸的制备方法，以针叶木化学浆、阔叶木化学浆和高得率浆为原料，采用压溃式打浆工艺对高得率浆进行预处理，以促进高得率浆纤维的破溃，提高其纤维柔软度，再辅以半纤维素增强剂将三种浆料按比例抄造成湿纸页，然后经过干燥、起皱、卷取等步骤生产卫生纸，本发明生产出卫生纸在强度、吸收性、柔软度等方面具有较好的性能。

The invention relates to a preparation method of toilet paper containing high-yield pulp. The toilet paper is produced by using softwood chemical pulp, hardwood chemical pulp and the high-yield pulp as raw materials, pretreating the high-yield pulp by adopting a bruising type pulping process to promote rupture of high-yield pulp fibers and improve the softness of the fibers, then adopting a hemicellulose reinforcing agent as an auxiliary material to manufacture wet paper sheets with the three kinds of pulp in proportion and then carrying out the steps of drying, crumpling, reeling, and the like. The produced toilet paper has better strength, absorbability, softness, and the like.
