The invention discloses a weather-resistant uvioresistant polyimide insulating tape which comprises a base layer and a viscous layer. The base layer is prepared from poluimide, polylactic acid, olefin modified styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer resin, trichloroethyl phosphate, trimethylolpropane, acetate butyrate cellulose, 2-hydroxy-4-methoxy diphenyl ketone and tripolyaluminum dihydrogen phosphate, and the viscous layer is prepared from alpha-omega dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane, methyl tributanone oximido silane, vinyl tributanone oximido silane, methyl silicon oil, nano calcium carbonate, dibutyltin dilaurate, gamma-glycidyl ether propoxy trimethyl silane, triglycidyl isocyanurate, allyl glycidyl ether and vinylidene chloride resin ester. The weather-resistant uvioresistant polyimide insulating tape has excellent electrical performance, high insulativity, high weatherability, uvioresistance, high adhesiveness, resistance to high temperature and acid-alkali corrosion, good mechanical performance, long service life and wide application range.
