一种氢氧化铟/氧化铟中空微球的制备方法,涉及半导体材料的制备技术领域,本发明以尿素为沉淀剂提供氢氧根,采用聚乙二醇‑4000与DL‑天冬氨酸共同形成的复合软模板,在水热条件下进行反应,使DL‑天冬氨酸与聚乙二醇‑4000构成复合软模板控制产物形貌,经煅烧得到空心球状氧化铟微纳材料与前驱体形貌保持一致。

The invention discloses a preparation method of indium hydroxide/indium oxide hollow microspheres, and relates to the technical field of preparation of semiconductor materials. The method is characterized in that urea is adopted as a precipitating agent to provide hydroxyl radicals, a composite soft template formed through a reaction of polyethylene glycol-4000 and DL-aspartic acid under hydrothermal conditions is used for controlling the product morphology, and the morphology of a hollow sphere-shaped indium oxide micro-nano material obtained after calcining is consistent with the morphology of a precursor.
