A heat cooker (30) according to the present disclosure includes a fan (14), a heater (13), a first air guide, and a second air guide, and is provided with a convection device (35) that communicates with a heating chamber (2) via a suction opening and a blow-out opening that are arranged on a back wall (2d) of the heating chamber (2), and that supplies hot air to the heating chamber (2). The fan (14) suctions the air in the heating chamber (2) into the convection device (35) from the suction opening, and discharges air into the heating chamber (2) from the blow-out opening. The heater (13) is arranged to the front of the fan (14) and heats the suctioned air. The first air guide is arranged so as to surround the heater (13) and guides heated air to the blow-out opening. The second air guide is arranged so as to surround the fan (14) and the first air guide and guides heated air to the blow-out opening. One portion of the second air guide touches the first air guide, and another portion of the second air guide is separated from the first air guide. By means of the present disclosure, an object to be heated can be heated more uniformly.
