The invention discloses a highly-difficult efficient sewage treatment system which comprises an acid-base emulsion breaker tank, a flocculating agent tank, a plurality of blending tanks, a plurality of flotation columns and a flotation machine. The output end of the acid-base emulsion breaker tank is connected with the multiple blending tanks through pipelines respectively. The multiple blending tanks receive sewage of different grades. The output ends of the multiple blending tanks and the output end of the flocculating agent tank are connected with inlets of a plurality of snake-shaped pipes. Liquid is mixed in the snake-shaped pipes. Liquid in the snake-shaped pipes enter the floatation columns through pipelines. The flotation columns are located at the upper portion of the flotation machine. The bottoms of the flotation columns are communicated with a groove of the flotation machine. Pure water filtered by the flotation machine is drained through a purified water outlet. The highly-difficult efficient sewage treatment system has the advantages that the system is compact in structure and high in integration degree, and the occupied area of a highly-difficult sewage front-section treatment facility is greatly reduced; the working system of the system is high, and the treatment effect is improved while the highly-difficult sewage treatment technology is simplified; the overall system can be subjected to integral container shipping, and operation can be performed in the environment which common equipment cannot deal with.
