The invention relates to an acceleration system for a low-energy pulse charged particle beam. The system comprises a high-voltage isolation vacuum cavity, a high-voltage acceleration cavity disposed in the high-voltage isolation vacuum cavity, an emitting electrode which is disposed in the high-voltage isolation vacuum cavity and is located at the downstream side of the high-voltage acceleration cavity, and a pulse high-voltage power supply. The pulse high-voltage power supply is used for applying a high voltage to the high-voltage acceleration cavity, so as to speed up the low-energy pulse charged particle beam. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the system effectively reduces the difficulty of high-voltage isolation.
