The invention proposes a method for filling a copper dielectric film used for connecting wire clamps of power equipment. A left connecting wire and a right connecting wire are connected with a left wire ferrule and a right wire ferrule respectively; and the copper dielectric film is clamped on a connecting plane between the left wire ferrule and the right wire ferrule through a fastening screw. The copper dielectric film is a copper metal plate or a copper metal film. The copper dielectric film has flexibility, can be closely attached between the two wire clamps to keep seal of a gap, and is conductive, so that an ablation phenomenon caused by poor wire clamp connection can be prevented and the conductivity of the wire clamps can be improved. The method for filling the copper dielectric film is suitable for wire clamp connection.
