本发明公开了一种抗菌保鲜膜及其制备方法，抗菌保鲜膜是以聚乙烯醇、玉米淀粉以及柠檬酸为基质的成膜溶液经流延成膜所制而成，成膜溶液中还包括甘油和水，通过向聚乙烯醇与淀粉混合溶液中加入了柠檬酸，使其与细菌的细胞膜发生离子结合，破坏细菌中蛋白质与细胞膜合成系统，从而抑制细菌繁殖，使薄膜具有抗菌性。

The invention discloses an antibacterial plastic wrap and a preparation method thereof. The antibacterial plastic wrap is prepared by a film forming solution using polyvinyl alcohol, corn starch and citric acid as the matrix through film casting. The film forming solution further comprises glycerin and water. Due to the fact that the citric acid is added into the mixed solution of the polyvinyl alcohol and the corn starch, ion bonding of the mixed solution and the cell membranes of bacteria occurs, the protein and cell membrane synthesizing systems in the bacteria are destroyed, bacterial reproduction is inhibited, and the plastic wrap is antibacterial.
