The material pushing device is installed on the side surface of the rotating plate. A wire winding pipe of the material pushing device penetrates through the protecting cover. By means of the mode, the structure of the wire winding mechanism is compact, labor can be replaced to automatically complete the wire winding process, the labor force is saved, and thus the production cost is reduced.
