A resin composition comprising: a hydrogenated block copolymer (A) comprising a polymer block (a) and a polymer block (b), wherein the polymer block (a) comprises a structural unit derived from an aromatic vinyl compound and the polymer block (b) comprises 1 to 100% by mass of a structural unit (b1) derived from farnesene and 99 to 0% by mass of a structural unit (b2) derived from a conjugated diene other than farnesene, and wherein 50 mol% or more of carbon-carbon double bonds in the polymer block (b) are hydrogenated; and at least one resin (B) which is selected from the group consisting of a polyphenylene ether resin, a styrene resin, an acrylic resin, a polycarbonate resin and a polyamide resin.
