The invention discloses a fatigue driving early warning method applied to a traffic tool. When a fatigue driving monitoring device monitors fatigue driving information of the traffic tool, the fatigue driving information of the traffic tool is sent to an early warning device and a wireless communication device, the wireless communication device sends out fatigue driving information, and early warning signals are generated by the early warning device according to received fatigue driving information. The invention also discloses a fatigue driving early warning apparatus applied to the traffic tool, the fatigue driving early warning apparatus comprises the fatigue driving monitoring device, the wireless communication device which is in communication connection with the fatigue driving monitoring device, and the early warning device which is in communication connection with the fatigue driving monitoring device and the wireless communication device, wherein the wireless communication device is configured in such a way that the wireless communication device can send out the fatigue driving information in a wireless manner. Via use of the fatigue driving early warning method and apparatus, the fatigue driving information of the traffic tool is monitored, early warning is give, the fatigue driving information is sent outward and corresponding caution is given, and therefore traffic accidents caused due to fatigue driving can be effectively reduced.
