The invention discloses a navigation signal reception apparatus allowing flexibly setting a frequency point. The apparatus comprises an antenna module, a multichannel frequency conversion unit and a base-band processing unit. The invention further discloses a user terminal and a satellite navigation system. A positioning geometric precision factor of a system can be reduced by selecting navigation satellites, and system positioning performance is improved. Superfluous radio frequency channels can be intelligently closed through cooperation between a frequency management channel and a multichannel frequency conversion unit for receiving different frequency signals, so that energy consumption of a user terminal can be reduced. A satellite navigation system which meets the requirement of receiving and managing signals of different frequencies can be built rapidly based on a conventional navigation satellite, and the system maintenance cost can be lowered greatly. Broadcasting correction of errors of different navigation frequency points during reception and emission links can be realized, and system positioning precision is improved.
