The invention discloses a partial discharge integrated probe based on a capacitance voltage division method VFTO measurement sensor belonging to the high voltage device partial discharge on-line detection technology field. The partial discharge integrated probe comprises an AC voltage source V1, a probe-to-GIS guide rod capacitor C1, a probe-to-ground capacitor C0, a primary capacitance voltage division box, a cable T1, a secondary capacitance voltage division box, and an oscilloscope. The primary capacitance voltage division box is parallely connected with the probe-to-ground capacitor C0 by a first port and a second port, and then is serially connected with the voltage source V1 and the probe-to-GIS guide rod capacitor C1, and the primary capacitance voltage division box is connected with one end of the cable T1 by a third port. The secondary capacitance voltage division box is parallely connected with the oscilloscope by the first port and the second port, and the secondary capacitance voltage division box is connected with the other end of the cable T1 by the third port. The partial discharge can be measured by adopting the ultrahigh frequency method, and the partial discharge integrated probe is disposed in the GIS, and therefore the external interference can be effectively suppressed, and the sensitivity is high, and the effective partial discharge monitoring method can be provided, and then the defect of the conventional ultrahigh voltage system of the insufficient partial discharge monitoring can be remedied.
