The invention relates to a preparation method of an intelligent children's fever cooling patch. The fever cooling patch is composed of a backing layer, a gel layer and a net diaphragm, the net diaphragm and the backing layer are positioned on an upper layer and a lower layer of the gel layer respectively, the backing layer is nonwoven cloth, the net diaphragm is a PET film, a PC rubber sheet or a PC film, and the gel layer is formed by mixing distilled water, high molecular substance, a humectant, a natural cooling agent and a heat absorbing agent according to a certain proportion. The humectant, the natural cooling agent and heat absorbing agent are loaded in high molecular gel to realize effects of lowering temperature and bringing down a fever. The intelligent children's fever cooling patch is free of toxic and side effect and has obvious physical cooling and fever abating effect.
