The embodiment of the invention provides a CDN acceleration method and system. The CDN acceleration method comprises the steps that connectivity of any two adjacent CDN nodes is determined; a network topology structure is established at least based on the CDN nodes of which the connectivity meets the preset condition; data transmission is conducted at least based on the established network topology structure. According to the CDN acceleration method and system, by determining the connectivity of the CDN nodes and establishing the network topology structure based on the CDN nodes of which the connectivity meets the preset condition, more rapid data transmission can be achieved.
