The invention discloses an optimized method for analyzing maturity of regional development. The method includes the following steps: A. acquiring electricity utilization data of a plurality of district residents, determining a classification standard of residents' electricity utilization habits; B. using the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method to obtain a weight of each factor that influences the maturity of regional development; C. acquiring data of a plurality of samples which influence the maturity of regional development, and calculating the proportion of each datum of same data dimension; D. conducting weighted average calculation on each datum of the same data dimension, and calculating a respective result in accordance with the weight of each datum that influences the maturity of the regional development; E. conducting statistics on factors of a to-be-evaluated district that influence the maturity of the regional development and conducting weighted average calculation on the factor in according with the weight of the factor, and determining the maturity of the regional development of the district through comparison with standard reference values. According to the invention, the method establishes a standard and a method for determining the maturity of the regional development of the district through the AHP method, is conducive to the further improvement of development and construction of urban function regions and the realization of comprehensive and balanced development of each region.
