The invention provides an insulation test device of a single-phase intelligent electric energy meter. The apparatus comprises a pedestal, and a push rod fixation device, a guiding positioning device and a test terminal device which are fixed on the pedestal. The push rod fixation device is arranged at one side of the guiding positioning device, the test terminal device is arranged at the other end of the guiding positioning device, and a tested electric energy meter is placed on the guiding positioning device; and the push rod fixation device pushes the tested electric energy meter to move towards the test terminal device along the guiding positioning device, electrode terminals of the tested electric energy meter are enabled to be in adaptive plugging connection with probes in the test terminal device, and the test terminal device is connected with an external insulation tester for carrying out an insulation test on the tested electric energy meter. According to the invention, errors of manual wiring are reduced, a tedious manual wiring link is reduced, the requirement for switching different test lines is satisfied, multiple test devices can also be connected in series for simultaneously carrying out insulation tests of multiple electric energy meters, the efficiency is improved, and the time is saved.
