The invention relates to the field of oil exploitation equipment and provides a well drill for crude oil exploitation. By the adoption of the well drill, the problem that tire puncture is likely to happen when a well drill passes through a tire puncture road segment is solved, and the well drill has the advantage that tire puncture is unlikely to happen when the well drill passes through the tire puncture road segment. The well drill used for crude oil exploitation comprises a carrying vehicle with wheels. The wheels comprise pneumatic tires and an anti-tire-puncture mechanism. The anti-tire-puncture mechanism comprises a roller, an air storage cylinder, a lead screw and a threaded sleeve, wherein the lead screw is arranged on the roller in a penetrating mode and rotationally connected to the roller, and the threaded sleeve is in threaded connection with the lead screw. The roller is coaxially fixed to a rim. An inflating piston is arranged in the air storage cylinder, wherein the axis of the inflating piston is parallel to the axis of the rim. A sealing cavity is isolated from the air storage cylinder through the inflating piston. The sealing cavity communicates with the tires. The inflating piston is connected with the threaded sleeve through a push rod. The roller is further provided with an anti-rotation structure used for preventing the threaded sleeve from rotating relative to the roller in a mode that the lead screw serves as the axis. By means of the wheels, the tire surfaces of the tires are made to be exposed out of or lower than the peripheral face of the roller in the radial direction of the rim by changing the tire pressure of the pneumatic tires.
