The invention discloses a resistance furnace for vacuum separation of aluminum industrial waste and desulfurization of petroleum coke. A furnace shell is of an integrated structure composed of a cylindrical furnace side wall and a spherical-cap furnace bottom plate; an outer wall body and an inner wall body are of a cylindrical shape; a middle wall body and a refractory concrete wall body are of an integrated structure; the space among a graphite electrode, the inner wall body and the outer wall body is used as a main material room for filling a resistance heating body; the resistance heating body is the broken waste cathode carbon block of an aluminum electrolytic cell with multiple graphite cylinders or broken petroleum coke with multiple graphite cylinders; and the resistance heating body is filled in the main material room. The resistance furnace disclosed by the invention has the advantages of convenience in operation, high separation efficiency, low process cost and good application prospects.
