The invention discloses a synthesis method of a chiral ferrocene P,P ligand, and belongs to the field of organic synthesis. The method comprises the following steps: 1, reacting vinylferrocene used as an initial raw material with dialkylphosphine under the action of a chiral catalyst to obtain (R)-1-ferrocenylethyldialkylphosphine; and reacting the (R)-1-ferrocenylethyldialkylphosphine with diethyl zinc, and reacting the obtained reaction product with chlorodiphenylphosphine to obtain the chiral ferrocene P,P ligand (R)-(-)-1-[(S)-2-(diphenyphosphino)ferrocenyl]ethyldialkylphosphine. Compared with the prior art, the synthesis method disclosed in the invention has the advantages of few steps, simple operation, high yield and suitableness for industrial production. The chiral ferrocene P,P compound prepared in the invention can be used in metal catalysts as a ligand, and can be used in the field of medicine synthesis.
