The invention discloses a combinative processing method of high-concentration acrylic acid and ester wastewater, and belongs to the technical field of processing of high-concentration organic wastewater. The method provided by the invention adopts a combinative process of ultrasonic-method preprocessing, an anaerobic method, a two-stage aerobic method and ultrasonic-method deep processing for processing high-concentration acrylic acid and ester wastewater with a COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) value larger than 40,000mg/L, wherein the ultrasonic-method preprocessing is carried out by adopting two stages; the relatively-high-frequency processing is first adopted; afterwards, the low-frequency processing is adopted; processed outlet water has a COD smaller than 60mg/L and is up to the national grade-1 discharge standard in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996).
