The laser-assisted positioning guide device comprises a positioning component, a pair of positioning pins and a pair of drilling pins; the positioning component comprises a horizontal distance adjusting device, a pair of telescopic sleeve bars and a pair of positioning arms, the two telescopic sleeve bars form an angle adjusting bracket, the two positioning arms are mounted at the rear ends of the two telescopic sleeve bars respectively, and a first locking mechanism is further arranged on the angle adjusting bracket; each telescopic sleeve bar is formed by sequential sleeving of two sleeve bar bodies, and a second locking mechanism is arranged between every two sleeve bar bodies; a guide passage is arranged in each positioning arm, the positioning pins and the drilling pins are penetratingly arranged in the guide passages correspondingly, and a third locking mechanism is arranged between each positioning arm and the corresponding positioning pin; the horizontal distance adjusting device comprises a sleeve, a vertical bar, a passage tube, a gear and a pair of racks, and a fourth locking mechanism is arranged on the sleeve; the two racks are hinged to the two telescopic sleeve bars respectively. The laser-assisted positioning guide device is capable of realizing precise positioning and low in cost.
