The valve body (3) is provided with a drum-type inner cylinder (32) and a drum-type outer cylinder (31), wherein the inner cylinder (32) and the outer cylinder (31) are sleeved with each other; the outer portion of the outer cylinder (31) and the inner portion of the inner cylinder (32) are connected through at least one closed air inlet channel (36); the space, except the air inlet channel (36), between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder is a water leaking tank (38); the upper portion of the inner cylinder (32) is provided with an exhaust port (34) penetrating through the side wall of the inner cylinder (32). The steam valve formed by assembling the valve body can form a micropressure environment especially in a pot, can achieve the effects of breaking bubbles to prevent overflow at the same time, and is convenient to wash. The invention further provides the steam valve provided with the valve body and an electric cooker.
