The microfluidic device for measuring biological activity is configured to detect the biological activity in a rail through detecting the capture target position of the interesting special materials generated by the biological activity. Whatever the capture object is outputted from the microfluidic device or in the microfluidic device, the interesting biological materials of each capture object are evaluated. The evaluation is able to show the biological activity in the maintenance rail. The biological activity is able to generate interesting biological materials. Therefore, the biological activity is able to be responding to one or more than one biological cells or be generated by one or more than one biological cells. The biological cells in the maintenance rail can be clone cell groups. The biological activity of each clone cell group can be measured when the clone state of each group is maintained.
