The invention discloses a simultaneous acquisition test circuit used for electric energy and clock pulses of an electric energy meter. The input end of a first shaping circuit is externally connected with the electric energy pulses of a tested electric energy meter. The input end of a second shaping circuit is externally connected with the clock pulses of the tested electric energy meter. A programmable logic device is internally provided with an electric energy pulse number counter and a clock pulse number counter. The output end of the first shaping circuit and the electric energy high-frequency pulse end of a standard electric energy meter are respectively connected with the electric energy pulse number counter. The output end of the second shaping circuit and the clock high-frequency pulse end of the standard electric energy meter are respectively connected with the clock pulse number counter. The electric energy pulse number counter and the clock pulse number counter also communicate with a DSP processor through a bus. The electric energy pulse number counter and the clock pulse number counter are also connected with the DSP processor through an interruption signal line. Large amount of test time can be saved, the use efficiency of calibration of the electric energy meter can be enhanced, and the circuit is simple and easy to realize and has great application prospect.
