The invention relates to a low-voltage recordable type electrical test pen, which includes an electrical test pen housing. A spring, a neon tube, a resistor and an electrical test module are disposed sequentially from left to right in the electrical test pen for electrical testing. An observation window is disposed in a side wall between the spring and the neon tube. The end portion at the right side of the housing is equipped fixedly with a nib probe. The upper portion of the housing is provided with a separating plate in a horizontal direction. A recording module is installed in an upper space. The left side of the recording module is equipped with a power supply module. The upper portion at the left side of the housing is equipped with a headset jack. The upper surface of the housing is equipped sequentially from the left to the right with a display screen, a microphone, a loudspeaker and a USB interface. The power supply module supplies power for the recording module. The recording module is connected separately with a headset, the display screen, the microphone, the loudspeaker and the USB interface. The invention combines two tools organically, achieves two functions, and reduces the workload of staff.
