The round steel body is wrapped by the stainless steel layer along a core part in the length direction. A fusion layer is arranged between the stainless steel layer and the round steel body, and the thickness of the stainless steel layer ranges from 0.2 mm to 2.5 mm. By means of combination of the vacuum fusion layer, the stainless steel cladding ribbed bar is high in combination strength and resistant to high temperature, has excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical performance and can be widely applied to steel structures exposed to a high-chloridion environment or corrosive industrial environments such as bridges, ports, islands, electricity, corrosion, high temperature, traffics and machinery.
