An RPC material and a preparing method thereof are disclosed. The material is prepared through reasonable component matching, and through reasonably preparing two kinds of cement, namely ordinary Portland cement and aluminate cement which are different in components and different in hydration mechanisms. The Portland cement is good in crack resistance. The aluminate cement is high in early strength, and functions of the aluminate cement are similar to but are different from those of cement seed crystals. The aluminate cement is relatively stabler in component and relatively easier in quality control. Activity of other components is activated through gypsum instead of exciting activity of the RPC through steam curing, thus reducing requirements on sites.
