The invention discloses an extraction, storage and transport system for underwater oil and gas resources in the deep sea. The system comprises an underwater oil extraction module, an underwater oil storage module and a transport module. The underwater oil extraction module is composed of oil well devices and a primary treatment device which is connected with multiple oil wells and the multiple oil well devices. The underwater oil storage module is composed of oil storage foundations and an oil tank. The transport module comprises an at-sea crane, a buoyancy tank and a tug boat. The system has the advantages that the whole process of extraction, storage and transport of seabed oil and gas resources is reasonably divided, the pipeline span is shortened, the requirement for the structural strength of the system is lowered, the effect of sea surface marine environment loads and disasters leading to fatigue damage, fracture and breakage of the pipeline structure is effectively avoided, serious environmental pollution and heavy economic losses caused by leakage of oil and gas resources are avoided, and environmental conditions of workers are improved, so that risks in extraction of seabed oil and gas resources are lowered, and high economic benefits are achieved.
