The present invention relates to a rotary table device used for a machine tool capable of easily adjusting a pitch of a rotary table without changing a structure of a cam follower by improving the structure of the cam follower capable of indexing the rotary table at a predetermined angle as being engaged with a gear cam and rotating. According to the present invention, cam followers (2) are installed at regular intervals in a circumferential surface of a rotary table (1) installed to be rotated inside a housing, as a gear cam (4) is rotated by rotation of a driven shaft, the rotary table (1) is rotated by the cam followers (2) engaged with the gear cam (4). A cross section of a roller gear (3) and the gear cam (4) which are the cam followers (2) is a trapezoidal shape, and inclined surfaces (3a, 4a) are equipped. The cam followers (2) are installed to be rotated on the rotary table (1) to be supported by a bearing (5), and a pitch adjusting member (6) to adjust a pitch of the rotary table (1) is installed between the rotary table (1) and the roller gear (3).
