The invention provides a strip plantation method capable of preventing twining of grain ears in mechanical millet harvesting. The strip plantation method is implemented in cooperation with matching integrated wheat rotary tillage, sowing and pressing machine and a matching wheat harvester, aims to prevent twining of grain ears at border rows and is applicable to mechanical harvesting of millets sowed in spring and summer. The strip plantation method comprises the following steps: dividing plantation points; setting distribution manners of row numbers of both type A plantation and type B plantation, wherein the distribution manner of the row numbers of the type A plantation is that seven rows including rows 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 and 13 are not sowed and six rows including rows 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 are sowed, and the the distribution manner of the row numbers of the type B plantation is that six rows including 1, 3, 5, 9, 11, 13 are sowed and seven rows including rows 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12 are not sowed; carrying out sowing, wherein sowing is carried out from one side of a terrace, a first machine carries out sowing according to the distribution manner of the row numbers of the type A plantation at first, then a second first machine carries out sowing according to the distribution manner of the row numbers of the type B plantation, and a third carries out sowing according to the distribution manner of the row numbers of the type A plantation so as to finish sowing of a plantation unit; and carrying out harvesting by using the wheat harvester, wherein one wheat harvester can harvest one plantation strip.
