The invention discloses a doped lanthanum chromite film type thermocouple and a preparation method thereof, aiming at meeting requirements of measuring at high temperature under extreme environment. The technical solution of the invention is such that: a doped lanthanum chromite film type thermocouple includes two hot electrodes which are disposed on a ceramic substrate; the two hot electrodes are in mutually overlapped connection; the materials of the two hot electrodes individually adopt a lanthanum chromite film which is doped with one or a plurality of doping elements of Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Co, Cu, Sm, Fe, Ni and V; the lanthanum chromite films of the two hot electrodes are doped with different types of doping elements, or are doped with the same type of doping elements having different contents.
