By adopting the fracturing fracture-forming technique and the fracturing fracture-forming method for shale, the problem that the cost of fracturing fluid is high in the fracturing process can be solved, and meanwhile, by using a method of microwave heating in combination with liquid nitrogen cooling, the problem that a seepage channel is blocked by water-locking as liquid phase near a well pore is relatively slow in volatilization speed due to the fact that the pressure difference is too small is solved.
