A housing is a thin-wall cylindrical tapered barrel; a limiting rod passes through from a housing; an upper limiting bolt and a lower limiting bolt are welded on the limiting rod; four rod outlet windows are vertically formed in the side wall of the housing; two connecting rods are separately welded horizontally in two vertical inside centers of the rod outlet windows; guide slide sleeves are hinged between the two connecting rods in the rod outlet windows by taking the side wall as the center; a limiting slide sleeve is arranged between the upper limiting bolt and the lower limiting bolt of the limiting rod; movable rods are connected to the limiting slide sleeve in a manner of enabling a fixing rod to pass through a horizontal hole; the four movable rods on the limiting slide sleeve separately pass through four guide slide sleeves in corresponding directions to get out from the housing. The limiting slide sleeve upwards slides along the limiting rod, the movable rods are opened and the limiting slide sleeve downwards slides along the limiting rod, so that the movable rods are closed. The device realizes multi-angle all-around salvaging work for multiple drill bits in drilled holes and karst caves, and has great significance on improving the technical level of pile foundation construction.
