When the calculated work cycle times c are non-integers, the rounding down processing of the result can be carried out. In the special scene, the average discovery delay between the sensor nodes in the wireless sensor network can be shortened, and in the fixed time period, the ratio between the node, which is used to realize the first mutual discovery, and the total node in the network can be improved.
