本发明公开了一种炸药钝感蜡的生产方法。该方法在原料中加入低沸点液体，并在升温发汗过程中利用气流通过蜡层携带出处于液态的油以强制分离蜡和油，增强了分离效果并加快了分离速度。本发明在普通发汗方法的基础上，增加强制蜡和油分离的过程，使发汗这种无溶剂脱油方法可以生产出炸药钝感蜡产品。本发明方法具有装置投资低、生产过程简单且操作费用低、无溶剂污染等优点。
摘要（英）：
The invention discloses a method for producing explosive insensitive wax. The method is as below: adding a low boiling point liquid in a feedstock; and using airflow to pass through a wax layer to carry out liquid oil in a heating sweating process, so as to mandatorily separate wax and oil. The method enhances separation effect and separation speed, so as to increase product yield and shorten production period. Based a common sweating method, the method adds a mandatory separation process of oil and wax, so that solvent-free oil removal sweating method can produce explosive insensitive wax products. The method has the advantages of low plant investment, simple production process, low operating costs, and no solvent pollution.
