The invention discloses a dual-cavity tracheal catheter, and a dual-cavity tracheal catheter positioning method and device. The method comprises the following steps: inserting the catheter into trachea past a first preset position; charging a preset quantity of air respectively into a main catheter cuff and an auxiliary catheter cuff so that the main catheter cuff and the auxiliary catheter cuff press the inner wall of the trachea; detecting in real time, pressure information of a second preset position of the main catheter cuff; retreating the catheter, comparing the pressure information with a first preset pressure value, and stopping retreating when the pressure information is lower than the first preset pressure value; re-inserting the catheter by a first preset distance. The technical defect that positioning in a dual-cavity bronchial operation in the prior art is overcome, and a warning can be given out in case of abnormality during operation.
