本发明公开了一种α1?酸性糖蛋白检测试剂盒，本试剂盒采用免疫透射比浊法检测血液中的α1?酸性糖蛋白，属于临床体外检测试剂技术领域。本发明试剂盒包括试剂R1和试剂R2。通过将试剂R1与试剂R2中的缓冲液更换为pH 6.8的磷酸盐缓冲液，同时往试剂R2中添加2%的明胶颗粒，提高了试剂盒的稳定性，线性范围较好，试剂的准确度也较好，有利于在市场中进一步的推广使用。

The invention discloses an alpha 1-acid glycoprotein detection kit adopting an immune transmission turbidity method for detecting an alpha 1-acid glycoprotein in blood, and belongs to the technical field of clinical in-vitro detection reagents. The kit comprises a reagent R1 and a reagent R2.
