The production method comprises the steps that a steel billet is heated at the temperature of 1050-1150 DEG C and then discharged out of a furnace, the temperature of the beginning of hot rolling is 980-1100 DEG C, the finish rolling temperature is 820-880 DEG C, the coiling temperature is 700-760 DEG C, and hot rolling is conducted till the dimension of the steel billet reaches 1.5-3.0 mm; and heat preservation is conducted on hot-rolled plates at the temperature of 900-980 DEG C for 1.5-3.0 min, two or more steel rolls which are of the same specification and have the same elements are stacked together after being unrolled and enter a six-roller continuous rolling unit for cold rolling, the thickness is 0.2-0.65 mm, the rolling speed is 400-800 m/min, and annealing is conducted at the temperature of 900-1000 DEG C for 2-5 min after roll dividing. By the adoption of the production method, the yield can be increased, consumption of rollers is reduced, thinner products are obtained through rolling under the condition that the state of an existing rolling mill is not changed, and the iron loss of finished products is further reduced.
