Black active dye composition and a preparation method and use thereof are provided. The black active dye composition comprises component A composed of one or more compounds in formula (I), component B composed of one or more compounds in formula (II), component C composed of one or more compounds in formula (III) and an optional acid. The black active dye composition is suitable for dyeing various fiber materials, is high in color fixing rate and excellent in color fastness and thereby has excellent comprehensive performances.
