The invention provides a preparation method of a fertilizer special for wheat.The fertilizer is dark brown liquid and can be applied in a sprayed or fushing mode.The fertilizer has the advantages that amino acid and microelements are subjected to a sufficient chelation reaction through a chelation catalyst, the defect that waste is caused due to the fact that microelements are in a free state so as to be prone to leaching loss in a traditional compound method is overcome, and the utilization rate of the microelements in the fertilizer is improved through chelation of amino acid and metal ions; a method integrating three-step warming, medium trace element synchronous chelation and standing reaction is adopted in the production process, so that energy consumption is saved, and the production cost is greatly reduced; sediment produced in the production process is removed through a centrifugal filter method, and layering and sedimentation phenomena caused by long-time storage of the product are avoided; experiments verify that the wheat plant height, grain number per spike and thousand seed weight are remarkably improved, the average yield is increased by 6%, and the yield increasing range is remarkable.
