The multi-layer laminated type gas sensitive sensor structure has the characteristic of flexibility in use and combination. A ceramic substrate as a laminated unit, on which a hole is processed, is provided with a gas sensitive sensor globule in the middle, the gas sensitive sensor globule is fixed on an electrode lead wire of the substrate by a lead wire, and the lead wire is led out through the position of an extracting electrode on the substrate; the substrates are bonded together by a binding material, and the holes in the substrates are communicated. According to the application requirement, the type and the combination mode of the substrate can be changed, and single-functional or multi-functional gas sensitive detection can be achieved.
