The invention discloses an automobile continuously variable transmission with cone friction wheels. The automobile continuously variable transmission comprises a gearbox body, an input shaft arranged at the lower part in the gearbox body, a screw rod shaft arranged in the middle of the gearbox body, and an output shaft arranged at the upper part in the gearbox body, wherein an input cone friction wheel with a large left part and a small right part is fixedly connected to the input shaft; an output cone friction wheel with a small left part and a large right part is fixedly connected to the output shaft; a screw rod is arranged in the middle of the screw rod shaft; a middle variable speed friction wheel is mounted on the screw rod; a pinion is mounted at the right end of the screw rod shaft; a variable speed operation mechanism is arranged on the right side of the gearbox body and comprises a pedal, a lever, a sector gear and the pinion; the pedal is fixedly connected with the lever; the sector gear is fixedly connected to the lower end of the lever; and the lever and the sector gear rotate around an operation shaft. The automobile continuously variable transmission with the cone friction wheels is simple in structure, low in cost and high in efficiency.
