The invention relates to a wire distracting and locking device for an electrified vertical pole. The device is provided with an upper hold loop and a lower hold loop, wherein the upper hold loop and the lower hold loop are vertically connected with each other, namely the perforating directions of the upper hold loop and the lower hold loop are vertical to each other; the upper hold loop and the lower hold loop are equally divided into upper parts and lower parts; one end of each of the upper parts and the lower parts of the upper hold loop and the lower hold loop is movably connected; the other ends of the upper parts and the lower parts of the upper hold loop and the lower hold loop are connected through adjusting bolts and can be opened and closed; and a rubber insulation pad is arranged on the inner lateral wall of the lower hold loop. By the wire distracting and locking device for the electrified vertical pole, only two wire distracting and locking devices are required; distracting rods are arranged into the lower hold loops of the two devices respectively; and wires at the left side and the right side are arranged into the upper hold loops of the two devices respectively and then are fixed and locked through the adjusting bolts according to the thicknesses of the distracting rods and the wires. The perforating directions of the upper hold loop and the lower hold loop are vertical to each other; and the positions of the wires and the distracting rods can be kept relatively fixed, so that the target of preventing dropping and sliding is achieved; and the safety is ensured.
