The invention provides a power apparatus, which recycles a part of exhaust gas of a diesel engine, and by use of the oil pressure obtained by rotating a first turbine to drive the first hydraulic pump through a refrigerant heated by the exhaust heat, drives a compressor for compressing the recycled exhaust gas, thereby effectively utilizing the energy of the exhaust gas.
